About Me

I’m Lauren, a licensed mental health counselor who's passionate about helping people find themselves.

I’m licensed in NY, NJ, MA, CT & FL and offer 45 and 60 minute sessions. I use approaches including ACT and psychodynamic to help clients navigate life transitions and feel more confident and grounded as they make execute these changes.

I received my masters in Developmental Psych from Teachers College, Columbia University and my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College.

In my spare time, I write books, practice needlepoint and co-host I Needed This Podcast with my therapist friends.
