Your Questions, Answered

  • The first step is simply reaching out.

You can schedule a consultation through the contact form or booking page so we can see if it feels like the right fit. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what has been feeling difficult, and get a sense of what it would be like to work together.

If you already know you are ready, you are also welcome to book a session directly.

  • I know what it is like to look like you have it all together on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself on the inside.

My approach is especially helpful for high-achieving women who have spent years people-pleasing, overthinking, and trying to be who everyone else needs them to be.

I believe that many women are not lost because something is wrong with them—they are lost because they have spent so much of their lives listening to everyone else that they no longer know how to hear themselves.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself, trust your inner voice, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, which allows me to meet you with warmth, honesty, and genuine compassion.

  • You can reach me through the contact page or by email anytime.

If you are interested in working together, I recommend reaching out through the contact form so I can learn a little more about what you are looking for and respond in a secure way.

Lost Girl Therapy is an out-of-network practice, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill if you would like to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.

  • Warm, honest, and collaborative.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale. A place where you do not have to perform, prove, or have all the answers.

In our work together, I will gently help you slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to trust your own voice again.

I am thoughtful and straightforward, and I will meet you with both compassion and honesty. Together, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and relationships that no longer fit—and begin creating a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and true.
