Kathleen Reilly studied at Long Island University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (NYPH), where she applied medical nutrition therapy in an acute care setting. Kathleen went on to complete a Nutrition Fellowship in plant based nutrition and culinary medicine at NYPH.

Kathleen continued her work at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in an outpatient setting where she counseled hundreds of clients with various disease conditions, including binge eating disorder, disordered eating, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and PCOS.

Jessi McKenna’s goal with opening The Studio was to provide a space of honesty and connection for both women and children. She believes we can always make improvements and work to find our deeper connection with ourselves which can support an overall more fulfilling life. 

The clinicians at Westchester Mental Health Counseling Studio bring specialized experience across a wide range of populations and needs.

Adults – Support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, and personal growth in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

Kids – Play-based and developmentally informed therapy for emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and strengthening connection with caregivers.
